You've found someone

who gets it.

My Story

Hi, I'm Zoe.

I'm an NLP practitioner, mindset and performance coach, and BJJ athlete. And I'm someone who spent a long chapter of her life completely lost.

Not dramatically lost. Quietly lost. The kind where you're still functioning, still showing up, still managing — but somewhere along the way you stopped recognising yourself. Stopped trusting yourself. Stopped knowing what you actually thought, felt, or wanted without checking if it was allowed.

I spent years trying to find my way back. Through therapy, through self-help, through sheer determination. And it helped — I understood myself more deeply than I ever had before. But I still couldn't stop the patterns. I could see them clearly. I just couldn't seem to change them. For a long time I thought that meant something was fundamentally wrong with me.

It didn't. It meant I hadn't found the right level to work at yet.

When I found NLP and nervous system work, something shifted that years of other work hadn't touched. Not because I finally tried hard enough. Not because I had a breakthrough moment of clarity. Because for the first time I was working at the level where the patterns actually lived — not just understanding them from the outside, but dismantling them from within. The subconscious. The body. The identity.

That became the foundation of everything I now do.

20 Years of Change & Transformation

Before I was a coach, I spent over 20 years in corporate change management and communications - working with companies like Unilever, Coca-Cola, and major infrastructure organisations to help them navigate transformation. I know what it looks like when something needs to change but the conditions make it feel impossible. I know the gap between knowing what needs to shift and actually being able to make it shift. That corporate background lives underneath everything I do — the structure, the strategy, the ability to hold complexity without losing focus.

But the methodology is rooted somewhere different. I'm trained in NLP, Timeline Therapy, and identity-level cognitive restructuring. The work we do together isn't surface-level. It goes to where the beliefs were formed, where the patterns took hold, and it changes things there.

Outside of coaching, I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Militia BJJ — which, if you've never heard of it, is basically a full-body lesson in what happens when your nervous system meets pressure. I'm a two-stripe blue belt, and I compete. I also have a dog named Mabel, a deep commitment to my own continued growth, and approximately no patience for the idea that the life you want is on the other side of just trying harder.

You don't need more information. You need the patterns to actually change.

If you're ready for that, I'd love to talk.

Zoe helped me make sense of my limiting beliefs from a logical sense but also worked on my subconscious mind - the things that came up were fascinating!
